Phase 1 (Internal Beta) – ongoing.

fase de validación técnica y funcional. El equipo de Poliedro Software realiza pruebas internas de estabilidad, rendimiento y usabilidad en el entorno de prueba de FuelAdmin antes de abrirlo a terceros.

Phase 2 (Pilot with selected clients) – next step.

Duración: diciembre de 2025 – febrero de 2026.

El sistema se implementará en las estaciones aliadas seleccionadas para la prueba piloto.
Durante este período, se recopilarán métricas operativas del mundo real y se perfeccionarán los módulos administrativos, de informes y de cierre automático.

Phase 3 (Pre-launch) – marketing strategy and fine-tuning.

Duración: Marzo – Abril de 2026.
Esta fase se centra en las comunicaciones comerciales y la expansión del programa Beta.
Se activan los canales de atención al cliente, los materiales de capacitación y las alianzas estratégicas con distribuidores y redes EDS interesadas en adoptar la solución.

Phase 4 (Scaling) – Colombia → Latin America.

Inicio: Mayo de 2026 en adelante

Inicio de la fase comercial completa del producto FuelAdmin.

Apertura nacional de nuevas estaciones de servicio, incorporación de módulos complementarios (contabilidad, IoT y gestión avanzada) y búsqueda activa de inversión para la expansión regional.
